When mention about gathering, usually one will think of a big group. This month gathering is just the 3 of us. Phyllis, Peiyi and me. Where's the others? All not free!
This outing was to celebrate Peiyi's advance birthday for 11th April cum farewell as she will be leaving Singapore to work in Switzerland for her new job.
Phyllis was the first to reach MBS TWG and me about 15mins later. As usual Peiyi is always the last to arrive. ONE hour late! Phyllis and I were so hungry that we ordered and ate first. She arrived when we were almost finished with our food.

After the food, we also ordered some cakes as desserts. How can a birthday celebration do without cakes right?

A little gift from Phyllis to Peiyi. It's a cutie passport holder and she insist that Peiyi had to use it before she board the plane!
After high-tea which end up became our dinner, we were so full that we decided to take a walk. A walk all the way to Garden by the Bay! Didn't take much nice photos because the camera that Phyllis brought out cannot make it! And the reason why she brought out this lousy camera is because recently she drop her newly bought LX7 into the Flamingo pool at Jurong Bird Park! hahaha..damn funny!

Peiyi is now settling well in Switzerland. Seems she's having fun there in her new job with her new colleagues from those photos she posted. If nothing goes wrong, she should be back 1 year later. Otherwise, she plans to stay there for long, find a husband and settle down there. Anyway her industry is rather niche in Singapore and probably overseas will offer her more opportunity. Hint: she is someone who create and make DRUGS!
Yes, a very small industry over here but that also means she's earning big bucks as her skill is highly sought after. Well, I wish her all the best in her new job and really hope she will come back 1 year later with a partner! :)
