"...I now pronounce you two Man and Wife..."

With the above sentence, my dear limei has finally change her status from single to married. 16th May 2005 marked the day of her new life chapter - The wife of Mr Goh Keh Wee. This couple knew each other since sec school but they started dating only in yr 2000. Flashing back, the times when the guy would call the gal and they could chat for few hrs, came to fetch her for supper at night together with her sister, keep dragging day by day and still couldn't get the guts to reveal that he actually like her, etc etc.....till date, they have signed off on that doted line that they would pass their entire life to each other till both shall live.

Looking at the couple posing away for photos after the 5-10mins solemnization, my heart was filled with nothing but blessing. Isn't it such a sweet thing that a couple is able to reach this stage? I have some friends who are just not into marriage. Marriage to them seems like a burden and they would lose all their freedom. But when all ur surrounding friends started to build their family and u are still in ur freedom, by that time will you start to feel something is missing in ur life? Will u be green with envy? Hmm...

In about 1.5 more weeks, another couple will be walking down the aisle together and pronounce as husband and wife. My greatest congratulations to Maggie & Chuan and also Mr & Mrs Goh.
May a road of happiness follow the both of you forever!

Pic 1-40 are my colleagues. Pic 41-75 are Hui's. And ofcoz the last 3 pic is me and him..Yes, we only took 3 pictures together during the D&D..haha...

There are actually much more photos taken but I've only upload part of it. If I were to upload everything, think it will get too bored..

On that day, Hui's project won 2 awards while mine only manage to get 1. Hmm..at least better than some projects who got none right..:)

After 4.5 Sweet Years ...

Up along the expressway, I fell asleep in the car. Eyes were half open half closed. "Pasir Panjang Road" was the first signboard I saw when I finally manage to clear my blurred vision. Ask Hui where were we going, he just replied "Just go to sleep. I'll wake you up when we've reached". I continued to close my eyes, but my mind was already awake.

The car was reversing and came to a stop. I knew we had reached. Eyes opened, we were at Mt Faber.

*Door opened*. He got down first...

He pop up at the car door on my side with a bouquet of my favourite blue roses.....

He proposed to me on this special day where he was wearing a suit and I'm wearing a gown. It was 7th May 2005 ard 2am. It happened to be my sis's birthday too.
He said some touching and mushy "scripts" which I'm not going to reveal here. More detail of the proposal would also be kept as a secret between him and me.
And my reply to him was . . . . .



















We left the place with the diamond ring seated perfectly on my left 4th finger...

Accenture Awards 2005

D&D finally ended. After 2mths of practice, everything turns out fine and the audience enjoy the musical play....

At 5+pm, we started to get dress into our gown and put on makeup in our individual team room.(Rooms were book for the green beans as changing room). We went down to the ballroom at ard 7.30pm for the cocktail receptions. We took many photos with our project mates and whoever that we found familiar. Crowd started to storm in at ard 8pm. Everyone was seated at 8.30pm. The director of Accenture Singapore began his opening speech at 8.45pm. We had to leave our seats right after the speech ended to prepare for our musical. Hence we didnt get to eat the first dish and subsequent ones. Feeling so hungry at that time. We went back to our room to change into our costume and hurried back to the backstage.

Speeches, presenting of awards, blah blah blah...we were waiting at the backstage for almost 1hr! Darmn! We should have ate the first 2 dishes before starting our preparation! Anyway, at around 10pm, Glen Ong (host for the night) then announce the start of the green bean muscial play. Everyone by that time was already feeling hungry and sleepy at the back stage.

My team dancing ended at around 10.25pm. When we finish our part of dance, we went back to the room to get dress to our gown AGAIN and went back to our seats for the remaining dishes. By that time, about 5-6 dishes were already served...

After the play, we proceed to the talentime. 3 contestants were competing for $1000 cash! 2 sang solo and the 3rd is a team of a guy and gal. Judges are the spectators and we were to vote through dropping pin pong ball into the respective boxes. The contestant with the most balls will walk away with the cash! *drum roll*......The duet pair won!

D&D ended ard 12am. Ballroom turned into a Salsa dance floor after the dinner. Photoshots were snapping away non-stop. Me and Hui left the hotel at around 1+am. We sent one of my friend home as she is staying just few blks away from Hui.
After she drop off....nope, me and hui didnt went home... I was suppose to go to his house to sleep and I tot after sending my friend home, we would head straight back to his house. But Hui had something up in his sleeves. So we turn out from the carpark and was back at the expressway..............

So where did we go and what did we do??
