Accenture Awards 2005

D&D finally ended. After 2mths of practice, everything turns out fine and the audience enjoy the musical play....

At 5+pm, we started to get dress into our gown and put on makeup in our individual team room.(Rooms were book for the green beans as changing room). We went down to the ballroom at ard 7.30pm for the cocktail receptions. We took many photos with our project mates and whoever that we found familiar. Crowd started to storm in at ard 8pm. Everyone was seated at 8.30pm. The director of Accenture Singapore began his opening speech at 8.45pm. We had to leave our seats right after the speech ended to prepare for our musical. Hence we didnt get to eat the first dish and subsequent ones. Feeling so hungry at that time. We went back to our room to change into our costume and hurried back to the backstage.

Speeches, presenting of awards, blah blah blah...we were waiting at the backstage for almost 1hr! Darmn! We should have ate the first 2 dishes before starting our preparation! Anyway, at around 10pm, Glen Ong (host for the night) then announce the start of the green bean muscial play. Everyone by that time was already feeling hungry and sleepy at the back stage.

My team dancing ended at around 10.25pm. When we finish our part of dance, we went back to the room to get dress to our gown AGAIN and went back to our seats for the remaining dishes. By that time, about 5-6 dishes were already served...

After the play, we proceed to the talentime. 3 contestants were competing for $1000 cash! 2 sang solo and the 3rd is a team of a guy and gal. Judges are the spectators and we were to vote through dropping pin pong ball into the respective boxes. The contestant with the most balls will walk away with the cash! *drum roll*......The duet pair won!

D&D ended ard 12am. Ballroom turned into a Salsa dance floor after the dinner. Photoshots were snapping away non-stop. Me and Hui left the hotel at around 1+am. We sent one of my friend home as she is staying just few blks away from Hui.
After she drop off....nope, me and hui didnt went home... I was suppose to go to his house to sleep and I tot after sending my friend home, we would head straight back to his house. But Hui had something up in his sleeves. So we turn out from the carpark and was back at the expressway..............

So where did we go and what did we do??
