A Fun Saturday

12th Aug, Hui and I went to our poly friend, TGE's house for a small gathering with other polymates. Her executive unit flat is situated at Compassvale Street, Seng Keng. We were the first to arrive and also the first to leave. We had another birthday party to attend at Changi and hence not able to stay long. The unit is big, compared to my cousin's. Well, one is executive, the other is 4-room flat. It's obvious, isn't it?

She hack down a wall to join the Master bedroom with the other room and this makes her MBR really big! She also hack down the study room and this makes the living room bigger. That space was used for a dining cum pool table! If you want to have a game of pool, simply just remove the top wooden plank and you get a pool table! Interesting huh? The table came with the removeable plank to be set as table top for dining, as well as a set of balls, cues and chalker.

We had a few games of pool and playing with playstation before Seh Choi and his gf arrived. Hui and I grab some delicious chicken drumlets made by Ben, TGE's husband, before we left her house.

We proceeded to Ang Mo Kio for collection of birthday cake and head down towards Aloha Changi Chalet. It was my cousin 3 year old birthday party and the big sisters cousins and their partners all shared to buy him a 3KG birthday cake and car toy. As per instruction by his daddy, his son wanted a car design birthday cake. Hence, I specially custom-made a cake for my little cousin. Everyone was so fascinated by the birthday cake (and the car plate number!) that they keep taking pictures of the cake and ignore the little birthday boy. Review by my aunties and uncles, the cake was simply yummy and design was excellent! I'm glad everyone like the cake I bought..:)

The cake looks so pretty! Isn't it?
