Ling Zhi Vegetarian Restuarant

Our enhancement team had a lunch outing today at Liat Tower (Far East Square). As one of our colleague is a vegetarian, we decided to choose a vegetarian restuarant. Ling Zhi, one of TungLok group, was the place we went. A high-end place but sells great food. Highly recommended for those who like Vege food.
I seldom go to a vege place for a meal. This lunch was a great one! The food is simply delicious! Some dishes really taste like meat! Think the nicest was the satay. It was a stick of combination of slices of mushroom, chestnut, capsicum (cant rem anymore). The peanut sauce..Mmmmm...
We had a total of abt 6-7 dishes plus a vegetarian 'Lou Hei'. Bill came up to about $200+. One of the dish cost $44! The captain says this dish only sells during CNY. It was a special one. Total of 3 layers, each with different type of cooking. Top layer was fried, second layer was stir fry, third was steam (i think). We had to finish one layer before moving to the next. Then we still joke around saying this is a game. Have to clear round 1 before moving to the next stage!
This meal was treated by the 3 team lead. Me and the other 3 juniors just sat there and enjoy the pre CNY team lunch..:)
