SSEC trip to Legoland Malaysia, 3rd June

EC's childcare was closed for Teachers' planning day on 3rd June. So Hui and I took childcare leave on this day to bring the girls to legoland since they haven't been there for quite sometime. We bought the annual pass last year Dec and we had to fully utilise it to make our money worth. This will be Hui and my 4th trip and EC's 3rd. Andre only went once but since there isn't much rides he can play there, we deposit him at mum's place again before we drove up to Tuas link.

We were hoping since it's Monday, the crowd will be lesser. We knew it's the school June holiday but there are 1 whole month for the parents to bring their kids to legoland and it can't be so sway all decided to bring them on the first monday of the month?

We got a shocked when we reached the entrance. So many people! The queue to purchase the tickets were long too! I was quite disappointed as I was really hoping to be a no-Q day for all the rides. But it was not as bad as I thought when we went for the rides. Maybe the place was big, the crowd was well disperse among the different area and rides. We didn't had to Q for very long for each rides. Infact, some rides that EC took had no Q and when we reached, they just enter for the rides immediately.

The weather was hot but there was occasion strong winds. It started to drizzle when we were about to leave the place. Overall, it was the best trip among all of those that we went with EC.
The crowd DOES MATTER!

Dinner was done in Singapore at Xin Wang HK Cafe at West Coast Plaza. After dinner, we went back to mum's to pick up Andre and then home sweet home.

We will be back for more before the pass expire on 22nd Dec 2013 and we will defintely choose a weekday to go!

Our 1st ride. The Dragon's Apprentice. As Hui and I took the adult version before, this was no kick to the adult, but scary for the kids. Looking at the expression, you know who is the braver one. :)
* Elsie was already crying loudly during the ride and hope for it to stop *

2nd ride, the horse riding.

3rd ride, the train that goes round and round, up and down so fast!

In time for the 4D lego movie when we reached this area.
We only Q-ed for 5mins and can enter the airconditioned room.
A good break for some aircon after sweating outside.

Their must visit area. Big playground!

Elsie had never wanted to play this during every visit but Chloe enjoyed it so much.
This time Elsie told us she wanted to try the "up and down"! But she only dare to play with mummy/daddy with her. So she had 2 rounds, one with Mummy+Chloe, the other round with Daddy+Chloe.

Some aeroplane rides that goes round and round and a manual bar for you to push up and down to make the plane "fly" up/down.

Junior boat school ride. Mummy was with Chloe and Daddy with Elsie

Chloe was really good in this. She knows how to drive and overtake the others. She was the only one who managed to turn many rounds because she was fast and did not "langa". She knows how to avoid all the "accidents" that took place! The rest of the kids kept bumb into each other and by the time they were separated by the attendent, it was almost time's up for the next batch. There's even a driving license distributed after the ride. She Q-ed 2 times for this ride.
Elsie? Don't dare to play....

Took our lunch at about 2pm. As it's the June holiday, there is 30% discount for all adult combo and ala carte meals for annual pass holders.

Some souvenirs for the kids. Annual pass holders are entitled to 50% disc for engraving services until 16th June! So why not?
Too bad pink is out of stock. Otherwise it would be the perfect colors for ECA.
