Just before CNY, Hui & I did some pineapple tarts and choc chips almond cookies. Cookies was good since it was our 3rd attempt. But the pineapple tarts was our first try so the outcome wasnt that good. It is very time consuming doing the mould of the base, roll the pineapple into balls and rolling the 2 little stripes to place on top of the pineapple ball. We finished and cleared up everything and went to bed around 3.30am! We could only start to bake when the girls were asleep which was already 11+pm when we get started. Anyway, it was a nice try on the pineapple tarts. I'm sure there will be better improvement next round!

CNY eve was reunion dinner at my mum's place, then move over to Hui's place.
First day of CNY was all the house visitings on my side and Hui's side. Second day continued again with many house visitings and to Guang Ming Shan temple. Third day we stayed at home waiting for my colleagues to come over my house. After they left in the evening, we cleared up the house and went to Hui's 2nd uncle house for visit together with his parents.
Nothing much to write about CNY because every year is almost the same. Guess after the birth of these 2 kids, no more movies on CNY for Hui and me although I really hope to watch movies during CNY like what we did every year before pregnancy. No more countdown and watch fireworks at He Pan as well because the girls sleep early and it's defintely a NONO to bring them out to squeeze with crowds at this young age.
Probably I can resume such activities with Dear when the kids are older, say 4years old and above?? Where they are fit to stay at home by themself at night and Daddy & Mummy go countdown? Or they are obedient enough to stay put in cinema to watch movie with us? Hmmm Let's see...
Some random photos taken with iphone. We brought the camera out but end up never use as iphone is more convenient since it is always in our pocket.
