For the first 20mins or so when the class started, the girls did obediently stayed by our side, sitting on our lap listening to the lesson and participating in the music and dance. But after that, which I anticipated, their mind began to wonder away. When story telling time started, both began to walk around the room and not paying attention anymore. They even went disturbing other kids who were sitting attentively on their mummy's lap by trying to talk to them and passing them some cards/papers which they obtained in the classroom. These 2 girls are really not SHY!
There was a time where Chloe was making a fuss and Daddy had to carry her out of the room so as not to disturb the class. Elsie on the other hand was climbing up and down on the low tables and playing with the aprons hanging near the wall!
The girls attention finally were back to the class when art & craft lesson started. Their first masterpiece was using a sponge, dapped onto green paints and tap it onto a paper that have a design of a wallclock. After the coloring was done, they would need to stick a clock face onto the paintings they had done. This completes the wallclock.
1 hour passes very fast. When the classroom door opened, the girls can't wait to run out of the classroom. But the teacher told the kids to give a hug to her and they would be able to get a star chop on their hands. Chloe did it but Elsie refused. She just keep clinging onto me and wanted me to get her out of the classroom by pointing towards the door.
Anyway, it's hard to determine by 1 lesson if the kids is suitable for the class. Will continue to let them attend at Zoophonics at least for 3 months before I give my verdict.
